Project Description: The largest part of the 45,000 square foot facility will serve as a business incubator for the many new companies being developed around university discoveries. It will provide flexible dry and wet laboratory and office space and a number of spaces for common use. The facility will also house a UF program that brings together the many components critical to expediting new company formation in our state.
