Project Description: The proposed project includes the renovation of the exisiting Golf Course Club House at the University of Florida Golf Course including offices, locker rooms and athletic shop and utilizing the available open patio space for offices and creating lounge for male and female teams. Mechanical components and the building envelope, will be commissioned by an independent consultant, with whom the Design team shall plan and coordinate its efforts. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation by the U.S. Green Building Council is mandatory, the design team shall analyze the possibility of achieving a higher level of certification.
