Levin College of Law Trial Center

The first floor will include an entry lobby, restrooms, a “judges’ chambers” meeting room, office space for the College’s trial and moot court teams, two deliberation rooms doubling as seminar rooms, and a courtroom. The courtroom shall include gallery seating for 108, a 14-person jury box, a judges’, a witness stand, and space for other courtroom functions such as clerk/stenographer. The second level will consist of multi-purpose space for judges’ chambers, “clinic” space and faculty offices.

Golf Course Club House Renovation and Expansion

The proposed project includes the renovation of the existing Golf Course Club House including offices, locker rooms and athletic shop. Veterinary Education and Clinical Research Center

The project aims for the expansion of the College of Veterinary Medicine Small Animal Hospital, at the University of Florida including a linear accelerator facility for small animals. The proposed project is envisioned as a 3 story addition to the Small Animal Hospital (SAH) that was opened in 1978. A minimum Silver LEED accreditation by the US Green Building Council will be mandatory for the completed facility.

Student Health Care Center

The proposed project includes the addition of an outpatient health clinic located in the Southwest portion of the main campus. The new facility will house all current functions of the existing Student Health Care Center, including primary medical and psychological care, health promotion, pharmacy, women’s clinic, and various other ancillary services. Phase One of this project will be a complete relocation and build-out of the existing Student Health Care Center., and construction of an 18,000 – 20,000 GSF facility which will include Women’s Clinical Services, Mental Health Services, Health Promotion, and a Pharmacy.

Stadium Third and Fourth Floor Renovations

The project consists of renovation of office spaces located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Stadium West. The renovation includes HVAC and fire sprinkler systems, electrical and ADA upgrading all the interior space for the project scope. Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the US Green Building Council is mandatory, but the design/build team shall work with the University to analyze the possibility of achieving a higher level of certification.
