Stadium Third and Fourth Floor Renovations

arrowThe project consists of renovation of office spaces located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Stadium West. The renovation includes HVAC and fire sprinkler systems, electrical and ADA upgrading all the interior space for the project scope. Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the US Green Building Council is mandatory, but the design/build team shall work with the University to analyze the possibility of achieving a higher level of certification.
