Contractor Bid Process
The method of delivery for this project is design-bid-build (also known as “hard bid”), with an enhanced pre-qualification process due to the nature and location of the work. Firms interested in bidding this project should review the following documents and plan to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, February 12.
